happy mother's day

it's Mother's Day today in Poland.
I got so confused about the date as every country celebrates on a different date in May... (that's why we sent our cards a whole week too early)
best wishes to all mothers and mum's to be!
we're so sorry we can't be there today with our mums to give them a hug, flowers and make a nice cake.
makes me think what kind of mum I'll be?
amazing and surprising how much feeling there is already for this little one, kicking inside to let us know he's there and soon with us...

w tym roku zupelnie pomieszaly nam sie daty, bo kazdy kraj obchodzi ten dzien kiedy indziej, ale jednak w maju. stad nasze kartki wyslalismy o caly tydzien za wczesnie.
najserdeczniejsze zyczenia dla wszystkich mam i tych mam 'juz niedlugo'!
przykro nam, ze nie mozemy dzisiaj byc u naszych mam, usciskac je, obdarowac kwiatami i moze upiec jakies pyszne ciasto :)
w taki dzien trudno mi sie nie zastanawiac jaka mama ja bede? 
niezwykle i zaskakujace jest to ile juz w nas uczucia dla Malenstwa, ktore rusza sie tam w srodku, dajac znak, ze jest i juz niedlugo z nami...

getting ready ♥

today we received our first 'baby' delivery, all the way from New Zealand, with a very special hat and additional kimono we've been looking at since we decided to have children.
some of you, that know the meaning of our name will know why it's so special. for those that don't know - our name has something to do with pear :)
it's only 6 weeks and 2 days till our dew date! we're getting more and more excited!!
I will write more later today...
(have a look at nature baby, they have a lot of beautiful things for little ones)

dzisiaj przyszla do nas pierwsza dziecieca przesylka, az z Nowej Zelandii, ze szczegolna czapeczka i dodatkowym kimono, ktore to upatrzylismy sobie juz jakis czas temu.
niektorzy z Was, domyslaja sie pewnie dlaczego ta czapeczka jest taka wyjatkowa. ci co nie wiedza, podpowiemy, ze ma to cos wspolnego z naszym 'gruszkowym' nazwiskiem :)
zostalo nam juz tylko 6 tygodni i dwa dni do terminu! jestesmy coraz bardziej podekscytowani!!

the move

We haven't been very active over here but it's all due to lack of time and in the end energy.
Being heavily pregnant and dealing with house move is not easy... Even though my husband and friends did it all, I was still overwhelmed and quite emotional about it all.
We are slowly getting there, last Sunday we unpacked the last box and we've slowly started filling our baby's room with nice things for him :)
Here are few photographs taken in our first 2 weeks at OUR new home.

Nic sie tu nie dzialo juz od dluzszego czasu, ale to dlatego, ze brakowalo nam po prostu czasu i energii.
Bedac w zaawansowanej ciazy, radzenie sobie z przedsiewzieciami takimi jak przeprowadzka nie jest latwe... Mimo tego, ze maz i przyjaciele zajeli sie wszystkim, to i tak bylo to dla mnie dosc stresujace i emocjonalne przezycie.
Powoli sie zadomawiamy, w ostatnia niedziele rozpakowalismy ostatnie pudla i juz powoli wypelniamy pokoj dziecka zakupami dla naszego Malenstwa :)
