RAF Museum

Granddad new all the planes, I'm serious, all of them. This place was so big with so many real planes, with such a rich history. We have so many photos but I will only post few...

Dziadek znal wszystkie samoloty, mowie powaznie, wszystkie. Bylo tam tak duzo prawdziwych samolotow, z bardzo bogata historia. Mamy mase zdjec, ale ja pokaze tu tylko kilka...

as always I am so late... in November my parents came over to visit and we spent a whole week together! we managed to do two trips, one to Oxford and one to the RAF Museum in Cosford.
photos from these next but here a couple of photos with some everyday activities that Adam could do with them this time...

jak zwykle jestem spozniona... w listopadzie przyjechali do nas moi rodzice i spedzilismy razem caly tydzien! udalo nam sie pojechac na dwie wycieczki, jedna do Oxfordu i jedna do muzeum RAFu w Cosford. zdjecia z wyjazdow juz za chwile, a tymczasem dwa telefonowe z dziadkami, takie cudowne przezywanie codziennosci...

Italy was as always amazing and Rome and Florence were surprisingly doable with a two-year-old.
We had a wonderful time and it was lovely to spend some time with our friends.
Thank you for having us!

Wlochy byly jak zwykle niesamowite, a Rzym i Florencja byly zaskakujaco dostepne i 'do zrobienia' z dwulatkiem. Byly to cudowne wakacje i milo bylo spedzic troche czasu z przyjaciolmi.
Dziekujemy za goscine!

Our little traveller, he was very brave and he even allowed us to put him in the pushchair! Of course he had to release his energy, on every possible square, and that's where he was running. Adam it at that stage at the moment, he doesn't walk, he runs ;)

Nasz maly podroznik, byl bardzo dzielny i pozwolil wozic sie w wozku! oczywiscie pozniej musial wyzwolic cala energie, a uwierzcie ma jej sporo. Szukalismy placy i miejsc chociaz z mniejszym ruchem samochodowym i tam Adas mogl sie wybiegac. On chyba teraz ma taki okres, ze nie chodzi, tylko biega ;)

Vatican

No time for contemplation as kids were running like crazy and it was hard to control them. We went in to basilica in the second attempt, in the afternoon. I was surprised there actually is a quiet time in a day when you can get in without queuing for hours.

Nie bylo czasu na kontemplacje, dzieci biegaly jak szalone i trzeba bylo bardzo uwazac. Weszlismy do bazyliki w drugim podejsciu, popoludniu. Bylam zdziwniona, ze jest w ogole taki czas, kiedy jest mniej wiernych/turystow i nie trzeba czekac godzinami w kolejce.

Roma

And so, after Florence we finally got to Rome where we staid with Gosia, Patrick and Gaia.
They live in historical city centre so we could walk everywhere. Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon were just a stone throw away.
Gosia showed us her special places, amazing cafes and... elephants!

Tak wiec po Florencji pojechalismy do Rzymu, gdzie goscilismy u Gosi, Particka i Gai.
Mieszkaja w samym centrum miasta, wiec wszedzie mozna bylo dojsc na piechote. Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon byly doslownie rzut kamieniem.
Gosia pokazal nam wyjatkowe i mniej znane miejsca, kawiarnie i... slonie!
