Ironbridge

Yes, we are a bit late with these photographs, but they bring back the memories of our short trip to Ironbridge few weekends ago.

Wiemy, ze pozno pojawiaja sie te zdjecia, ale przywoluja wspomnienie naszej krotkiej wycieczki do Ironbridge sprzed kilku weekendow.

in the garden

with this beautiful weather (the last day of it) we tried to spend as much time outside as possible.
we played in the garden, went for long walks (we had to visit swings of course) and in the end, when dad came home, we had Hugh's delicious pasta with fennel, rocket and lemon, also in the garden.
we want more days like this!

przy tak pieknej pogodzie (to juz ostatni dzien) staralismy sie spedzic jak najwiecej czasu na dworze.
bawilismy sie w ogrodzie, poszlismy na dwa dlugie spacery (oczywiscie musielismy zaliczyc hustawki) i na koniec, razem z tata, zjedlismy pyszny makaron z koprem, rukola i cytryna wedlug przepisu wspomnianego tu Hugh.
chcemy wiecej tak udanych dni!

Oxford

on the last day of this long Bank Holiday weekend we decided to visit Oxford.
it wasn't our first time there but first time with Adam so we just wondered around the centre and the meadows. weather made it even more beautiful.

w ostatni dzien dlugiego weekendu postanowilismy odwiedzic Oxford.
nie byla to dla nas pierwsza wizyta w tym miescie, ale pierwszy raz z Adasiem, wiec spokojnie pospacerowalismy po historycznym centrum i po lakach. pogoda tylko dodala uroku temu wyjatkowemu miejscu.

dinner time

last two days have been so beautiful and warm that we managed to have Adam's dinners in the garden.

as we want him to eat on his own now, it was good for us and our floor as we didn't care about all the food that didn't get from bowl to his mouth (and there was a lot of that...).

he loved it so much, I'm sure you can see this on these pictures ;)

ostatnie dwa dni byly tak piekne i cieple, ze udalo nam sie podac Adasiowi kolacje w ogrodzie.

poniewaz chcemy, zeby uczyl sie samodzielnego jedzenia, ta lokalizacja bardzo nam odpowiadala ze wzgledu na ilosc jedzenia, ktora laduje na ziemi...

nasz maly smakosz, oczywiscie, byl z tego bardzo zadowolony, co widac na zdjeciach ;)

it was such a lovely, warm and sunny day!

we decided to try out our new carrier before next weekend's trip to the Peak District. of course we couldn't miss out on swings and Adam, for the first time, went down a slide ;)

finally we bought River Cottage Veg Everyday by Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall! 

with Adam in our world it's sometimes hard to look after your diet but we've decided to look for some exciting food and eat a bit healthier. we really enjoy the programme and some of the recipes are amazing and so simple!

our plan is to try out a lot of these dishes and document them here. 

today we had a very quick leek and cheese toastie for lunch - delicious!

opieka nad Adasiem wymaga duzo czasu i energii, co odbija sie na tym co jemy i jak, ale postanowilismy poszukac nowych przepisow i jesc zdrowiej. bardzo lubimy program River Cottage i wiele z tych przepisow jest niesamowitych i takich prostych!

w planie mamy wyprobowanie wiele dan z tej ksiazki i udokumentowanie tego na naszym blogu.

dzisiaj, na lunch, byly szybkie tosty z porami i serem - pycha!
